The Nike Be Strong Dri-FIT pants are constructed with sweat-wicking Dri-FIT fabric to help keep you cool and dry as you exercise, have flat seams and gusset reduce chafing and promote freedom of motion, include a security pocket for your key or change, and have a relaxed leg fit. They also come in sizes 1X, 2x, and 3x.

Add the Element half zip top in hot pink and their is no chilly morning you can’t face! The Nike Element Half-Zip Top – Women’s Plus Sizes is also made with lightweight Dri-FIT® fabric helps keep you comfortable by moving sweat off your skin for rapid evaporation, has a half-length zipper which  allows on-demand ventilation; windflap wraps the top of the zipper to protect chin from abrasion, and mesh insets under arms vent excess body heat.

The super thin, moisture wicking shorts eliminated all bunching of my regular shorts and I had no chafing either. This made for a much more comfortable run! I also like the extra bit of modesty the compression shorts provide – especially for days where I run while my kids are at swim practice and then have to wait 30 minutes or so for them to finish up.

I bought the Under Armour compression shorts in an XL and they are cut very generously. I think I could probably get away with the Large if I really wanted to. They don’t have a draw string, and the seams that run down the front are not noticeable when you are wearing them at all.

Back to the Lady Hagen golf shirt – let’s just say, I love the new cut they have. The Lady Hagen Performance Golf Polo in XL fits the same as my Nike Dri-Fit shirts that are XXL, except the Lady Hagen shirt is a little longer which works well for me since I am long-waisted. I love the Nike Sweetheart line of swimsuits and tankinis. They have a very figure flattering empire waist and ruching on the front. The tankini has sport shorts for the bottoms which make it perfect for active days at the beach, workouts and relaxing at the pool.
