I don’t know if you are familiar with Spanx or not, but they make great foundation undergarments that really help smooth your figure and accentuate the right curves. Spanx are meant to fit snug but I have found that even the size XL Spanx are really too tight for my comfort. I didn’t even realize they made plus size Spanx until I was looking at Zappos for something else last week. Hooray! Finding shorts in plus sizes that are appropriate for walking, jogging, playing tennis, wearing over your swim suit or just being active in general can be a challenge. Finding sports bras for those of us who have serious curves is a major challenge. You can’t just walk into the sporting goods store and pick up the first Champion sports bra in XL that you find. I guarantee it will not fit! As I have said before, Adidas is one of my favorite brands. Everything they make looks sharp – whether you are going to the gym, the grocery store, or the game. When I found out that they made a line of workout wear in plus sizes I immediately went looking for a lightweight jacket I could wear to golf in, use for my walks or just put on for a little extra warmth on cool days. You can find the line of Adidas Womens Plus Size activewear in some Dick’s Sporting Goods stores and I found this selection of Adidas womens plus size jackets for fall at a variety of online retailers. The single best top I bought this summer was a Nike Dri-Fit Golf shirt in a 2XL. That shirt looked good whether I was running to the store or playing 18 holes on a hot, humid day! It certainly has made me a fan of the Nike Dri-Fit line!

While doing some online shopping this morning, I found THE PERFECT fall fitness outfit from Nike! They now have their Dri-Fit pant in women’s plus sizes in both a full length pant and a capri. The Nike Be Strong Dri-FIT pants are constructed with sweat-wicking Dri-FIT fabric to help keep you cool and dry as you exercise, have flat seams and gusset reduce chafing and promote freedom of motion, include a security pocket for your key or change, and have a relaxed leg fit. They also come in sizes 1X, 2x, and 3x.

Add the Element half zip top in hot pink and their is no chilly morning you can’t face!
