Wednesday Workout – Ball Exchange Exercise for your Abs

Even the most mundane exercises can be made fun with a little creativity. In today’s Wednesday Workout, we feature the ball exchange – an excellent exercise anyone can do using a large balance ball. When I tried this exercise I spent more energy focusing on the exchange of the ball from my hands to my feet I kind of forgot I was working my abs – until I was done and felt it for the rest of the morning.

    The stability ball has to be one of the most versatile pieces of equipment when it comes to training the abs. In my opinion you don’t need any other piece of equipment to get a great ab workout.
