Over at SportsGirlsPlay.com (one of my other sites) we have started a series called Wednesday Workout. Since this site is all about being healthy and fit, regardless of your size, I thought we’d bring the series here too. I will share some of my favorite exercises, workouts, and tips on a (hopefully) weekly basis.
I did the Kettleworx Core workout this morning and one of my favorite exercises in the workout is is the kettlebell crunch. It works the triceps and the abs all in one efficient exercise:
