Ok, it is time to get serious! I haven’t posted my workout plan for weeks and subsequently, I haven’t done a great job of getting the workouts in. With spring right around the corner, my golf clubs calling my name and some friends wanting me to run a 5K the weekend of Easter, I think it is high time I hold myself accountable for these workouts again!

My Workouts

  • Monday – 60 min. walk with a friend
  • Tuesday – 30 min. running as much as possible, walking only when necessary
  • Wednesday – Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown
  • Thursday – 60 min. walk with a friend
  • Friday – 30 min. running as much as possible, walking only when necessary
  • Saturday – Helping my sister-in-law move so that will involve bending, lifting, carrying, etc.
  • Sunday – Rest

What’s your plan for this week?

    This week will be all about the treadmill, Walking with Leslie Sansone (hopefully make it to her 3 mile) and walking at night with the kids. I plan on getting back on track, over the weekend I was bad and the girls and I ate stuff I shouldn’t have (but on a positive note I didn’t eat everything they did).
