Ok, it is time to get serious! I haven’t posted my workout plan for weeks and subsequently, I haven’t done a great job of getting the workouts in. With spring right around the corner, my golf clubs calling my name and some friends wanting me to run a 5K the weekend of Easter, I think it is high time I hold myself accountable for these workouts again!
- Monday – 60 min. walk with a friend
- Tuesday – 30 min. running as much as possible, walking only when necessary
- Wednesday – Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown
- Thursday – 60 min. walk with a friend
- Friday – 30 min. running as much as possible, walking only when necessary
- Saturday – Helping my sister-in-law move so that will involve bending, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Sunday – Rest
